Use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, distribute harmful code, impersonate another person or misuse information available through the site.

Please review each product's description, materials, sizing and care information. Images represent the intended design; screen settings and normal garment or print variation can affect appearance.

Displayed prices are in United States dollars (USD) unless expressly stated otherwise. The website currently does not offer a payment facility. When ordering becomes available, the total payable amount, applicable shipping, taxes, availability and relevant conditions will be shown before payment is confirmed.

Purchasing and order acceptance

Browsing, saving an item or adding it to the current shopping bag does not establish a purchase contract. We are not currently accepting orders, deposits or payments through this website or by email.

Before purchasing is enabled, we will publish the applicable order-acceptance process, payment arrangements, cancellation terms, shipping information and returns and refund conditions. Do not send payment details or funds in response to an unsolicited message claiming to represent the store.

The Fête & Kin name, website presentation and original content may be protected by intellectual-property rights. Viewing the site does not grant permission to reproduce or commercially exploit protected artwork, photographs, copy or branding. Rights belonging to third parties remain with their respective owners.
