Shipping availability

When ordering becomes available, eligible destinations and available delivery services will be displayed before payment. A product being visible on this website does not guarantee delivery to every country or address.

Preparation and delivery estimates

Preparation and transit are separate stages. The estimate provided for an item will account for its production requirements and destination. Please review that estimate before ordering for a birthday or other time-sensitive occasion.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates unless a service is expressly described as guaranteed. Carrier disruption, customs inspections, public holidays and circumstances outside our control can affect delivery.

Shipping charges and import fees

The applicable shipping charge and any taxes collected at checkout will be disclosed before you confirm a purchase. Any destination-specific surcharge must also be shown before payment.

International shipments may be subject to local import requirements. Where applicable, responsibility for duties, taxes and clearance fees will be explained before the order is placed.

Dispatch and tracking

Where tracking is available, dispatch information will identify the carrier and tracking reference. A carrier may take time to record the first scan. Separate parcels may have different dispatch dates and tracking references.

Address changes and delivery concerns

Please check the recipient name, address and postcode carefully before confirming an order. Contact us promptly if an address needs correction; changes cannot be guaranteed once preparation or dispatch has begun.
