Information we receive

When you browse the website, our hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP address, requested pages, browser information, access times and security events to deliver and protect the service.

If you email us, we receive the information you choose to provide, including your email address, name, message and attachments. Please provide only information relevant to your enquiry. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information.

How information is used

We use information to operate the website, respond to enquiries, investigate technical or security issues, prevent misuse and meet applicable legal obligations. Where required by applicable law, processing is based on providing a requested service, legitimate operational interests, legal obligations or consent.

Service providers and disclosure

Cloudflare provides website hosting, content delivery and security services. Website administration and product information use supporting infrastructure, including Neon. Email enquiries are processed through our email provider. Providers process information needed for their services under their applicable terms and safeguards.

We do not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed where necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect lawful rights or respond to a legitimate security incident. Any future payment, fulfillment or marketing services will be described before they collect relevant customer information.

Payment information

The website does not currently accept payments or collect payment-card details. When purchasing is enabled, payment information will be collected through the designated payment provider's secure payment interface. We will identify that provider before payment details are requested. Never send card information by email.

Storage, retention and security

We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, applicable legal obligations, security and dispute handling. Support correspondence is assessed according to the enquiry and any continuing legal or operational need.

We use HTTPS and access controls appropriate to the services we operate. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Service providers may process information outside your country; where applicable, legally required safeguards apply to international transfers.

Your choices and privacy requests

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, receive a copy of your information, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. These rights may be subject to lawful limitations and identity verification.

Children's information
