ACCESSIBILITY
A store designed to welcome more people.
Our approach to clear, usable, and considered digital experiences.
Our approach
We aim to support keyboard navigation, visible focus, meaningful headings, descriptive links, labelled controls, readable contrast, responsive layouts, and alternatives for informative imagery.
An ongoing practice
Accessibility is considered as pages and services evolve. We review representative screen sizes and interaction patterns and address barriers identified through testing and feedback.
Accessibility feedback
If part of the site is difficult to use, contact support with the page, device, and a short description of the barrier. A verified contact route will be published with support details.
